The ELRO AG40MA Door / Window Contact is an additional accessory for the ELRO AG4000 Home Alarm System. With this accessory you secure a window or door against potential burglars. When your alarm system is switched on and the door or window is opened, the alarm from the ELRO AG4000 Home Alarm System will go off and you will be notified via the app.

The AG40MA Door / Window Contact has an anti-tamper function that makes the alarm system go off when someone tries to remove or destroy the door / window contact.

Installation

Installing the AG40MA Door / Window Contact is very easy. Because the accessory works on batteries and wirelessly communicates with the alarm system, you do not have to pull wires. The contact consists of 2 parts; the detector and a magnet. You screw one part, with the supplied fastening material, on your door frame on doorpost and the other part on your window or door. When you have placed the Door / Window Contact you connect it wirelessly to the ELRO AG4000 Alarm System. This is clearly described in the manual supplied and only costs you approximately 2 minutes.
