Order and delivery
At ELRO you can place an order safely and easily. Orders placed before 11 am on working days will be delivered the following day in the Netherlands and Belgium. 
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are:
- € 4,95 shipping costs for orders under € 75,-
- Free shipping on orders from € 75,-
The delivery of orders takes place via DHL's parcel delivery. In general, orders placed on business days before 11 am will be delivered the next day. If you are not at home, the delivery person will return the next day. You can then fill in on the DHL website yourself if you want the delivery person to deliver the package at your home, or at a DHL ServicePoint.

How do I place an order?
- You can easily place an order on our website by going to the product you would like to order. Click here on the shopping basket and repeat these steps until you have added all the products. Then complete your order by clicking on "Go to checkout". Go through the steps for delivery here and complete your order at the last step.
How do I find the right product?
- You can make use of our search bar and filters. Do you still have doubts or is something not clear? Contact our customer service. The customer service will gladly assist you in making your choice.
Are the prices shown including VAT?
- Yes, all prices you see on this webshop include VAT.
Delivery times
My order has been shipped, but I have not received anything yet:
- We are sorry that you have not received anything yet. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. To check the status of your order, you can easily see the status of your package via the Track & Trace number. If you still have questions and / or doubts, please send an e-mail to: info@elro.eu

- You can follow your delivery with the Track & Trace number that you have received by e-mail.
How fast will I receive my order?
- We strive to ship your order within 1 - 2 business days.

- DHL Parcel is the package deliverer.
Is an order for multiple items delivered at once?
- An order for multiple items will be delivered to you at once. If this is not the case, our customer service will always contact you.
What is a tracking code?
- This code is also called a Track & Trace number. This is a unique code that allows you to track your package.
