Video IP Door Intercom System with App and Two Wireless Doorbells (DVC040IP2)

With the ELRO DVC040IP2 IP Video Doorbell, you can always see who is standing at your door via your smartphone, even when you are not at home. You can also talk to the person at the door via the app and save photos or videos to your phone. Alongside the ELRO DVC040IP2, an indoor unit is delivered which lets you hear the doorbell, so that it functions as a traditional doorbell as well.

The ELRO DVC040IP2 uses the ELRO Intercom App (Android and iOS). When someone rings the doorbell, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. The app lets you view who is in front of your door, communicate with that person and allows you to take a picture or a video.

The assembly bracket of the doorbell is equipped with a rain cover, which prevents raindrops on your camera. The door intercom is also equipped with a 90 degree viewing angle, six infrared LEDs for display in the dark and an illuminated nameplate. The indoor unit also has a blue LED that flashes when someone rings the doorbell in case of a hearing impairment.

The ELRO Intercom App

When using the ELRO Intercom application, it is possible to answer calls and view camera footage of the person standing in front of your door on your smartphone. You can also communicate with your visitors and store your photos and videos on your smartphone.

The ELRO Intercom app can be used easily at home or when you are on the road, as long as the app is connected to the Internet (for example, WiFi or 4G). If multiple people want to use the door intercom system, add them to the app.

The ELRO Intercom app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Playstore for free.

Installation

The ELRO DVC040IP2 is supplied with all the necessary mounting equipment.

Mount the exterior unit to the wall outside your door at a height between 1.35 and 1.70 meters. When the outdoor unit has been mounted, you can connect the receiver to the indoor unit. Finally, connect the system to the ELRO Intercom app. This is clearly described in the supplied manual and takes a maximum of 5 minutes. The wireless doorbell runs on 3 AA batteries.
